Once we receive an inquiry from you, we will call you to confirm your order and to give you any advise you may need, eg. We do not have a minimum buy, so you can order the amount you want.

We accept mayor credit cards with Paypal, that is a secure place that accept credit card payment, we will just ask you for a 35% as down payment and this once you and us are sure about your order. Once your order is ready, we will ask for another 45% plus freight charges, once your Furniture is delivered to your home, you will have 1 month left to pay the 20% balance in order to check that everything is at your entire satisfaction

We have a manufacturing time of 15—30 days and will always keep you updated sending photos about your order status, we will agree with you on a delivery date and if you can not be there, we will ask you for a property manager if there is one in your property in order to contact her/him to coordinate delivery, if there is a damaged item because of freight or bad manufactured, we will send someone to fix it or replace it in at most 30 days, if not, we will refund what you pay for the damaged item plus a 20% from the item price and you will also keep the 20% balance.

If your order is more than 20,000 we will send someone direct from factory to assemble and distribute Furniture at your home if needed with no extra charges, if your order is more than 30,000 in addition, we pay you a round flight from USA or Canada and a **** Hotel to visit us and check and touch by yourself your Furniture before delivering it, we pick you at the airport and take you back to the airport.
